The X-Trail’s body will move a few ton, leaning perceptibly through corners if the driving force is pushing on and pitching perceptibly beneath braking. The steering is agreeable, however. though there’s a listless response to initial steering inputs, the leather-wrapped tiller is well weighted and travels from lock to lock swimmingly.
